Professional
Counseling Services
Greetings from Woodbridge’s School Counselor,
Mrs. Kimberly Fields. I am here and eager to help you
and your child have a successful school year!
As a school counselor I have a variety of
roles in the school. One of my important roles is to help students
become emotionally, behaviorally, and socially prepared for
success in the classroom. During the year I will be working
with the students at Woodbridge by providing classroom guidance,
small group counseling and a variety of other activities. In
addition, I also provide consultation to staff members, parents,
and guardians.
From time to time, the counselor offers group
sessions to enable parents to share their views with each other
and to develop new understanding and strategies to use at home
and in the community.
Please do not hesitate to contact Woodbridge
ES at 410-887-0857 if you have a concern about your child regarding
any of the following things:
- Classroom performance and/or behavior
- Family changes (moving, grief, divorce,
or separation)
- Home stress
- Parenting
- Sudden change in your child’s behavior
- Peer relations
- Responsibility
- Any other problem or concern
